Service: Wig is mildly trimmed for thin/split ends, shampooed, deep conditioned for 24 hours in moisturizing Black owned products; Wig is then re-plucked (if necessary) and old lace is trimmed off, parting space is reconstructed, and finally wig is air-dried and styled or roots colored (if needed for large parting space).
**Wig must be originally purchased from ZolaHair, and cannot be returned for store credit after wear & tear prior to reconstruction.
Note: Wig can be purchased in any style or length. Must be sold by Zola Hair and must be delivered in-person for customization if located in the DMV. If located anywhere else, the wig will need to be purchased directly from Zola Hair website first, then you can add this service to your cart or mailed (buyer pays for shipping) after purchase (<60 days after) to be customized.
