As a result of economical effects caused by COVID-19, a mild lace plucking service can now be applied to every LACE WIG/FRONTAL/CLOSURE purchase when added to your cart for FREE to offset the increased cost of international factory lace deficits, shipping limitations and freight handling fees that have recently raised the cost of hair (1 per person).
We hope the prices go down soon so that you can save as intended, but until then, please accept this free service while it's available. Thank you for your support!

Due to the factory shipping schedules and extra precautions taken to ensure your orders are properly sanitized and packaged, please allow us 3-7 business days to process your order. All orders processed after 5pm (EST) on Fridays will be considered next business day orders (business days do not include holidays and weekends).
The current pandemic has affected the following:
1) The international shipment of lace wigs has been prolonged due to border closures and extra sanitation procedures for customer safety
2) The amount of orders we can assemble at a time/inventory due to limited availability of lace closures/frontals
3) The amount of staffing for other companies that we rely on to serve our customers
Keep in mind, our number one goal is to service our customers at the highest level possible. Unusual circumstances have however challenged this goal.
Rest assured that we are shipping your orders as quickly as possible and most of you will receive your tracking information within the next 7-9 days. We plan to complete our shipping obligation regardless of what may happen.
